The CTC curriculum covers 10 topics of study: Business Planning; Financial Planning; Marketing Strategies; Negotiating; Managing Change; Managing Conflict; Risk Management; Goal Setting and Motivation; Cultural Diversity; Making Presentations.
To earn the CTC, travel professionals must:
- Complete the CTA.
- Complete the 2000-3000 word White Paper.
- Pass the CTC test.
- Possess 5 years of full-time industry work experience.
- Commit to annual certification maintenance to retain their certification.
Cancellations/Refunds: Candidates
wishing to withdraw are entitled to a full refund less a $50
administrative fee provided they send their original study materials in
saleable condition along with a written request for withdrawal within 30
days of their enrollment. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. NOTE: Programs sent in via download are non-refundable.
